Camp Alexander Mack is a Christian Camp, Retreat and Conference Center located on 200+ acres on the eastern shore of Lake Waubee in Northern Indiana. The facility is a ministry of the Indiana Camp Board and affiliated with the Northern Indiana and South/Central Indiana districts of the Church of the Brethren.
Camp Mack is looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our ministry team as assistant facility director & Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor. Both these positions will report to the Facility Director working on the maintenance and care of all buildings, equipment, and grounds throughout the camp. The successful candidates will be able to work with limited supervision to complete tasks, partner with the facility director to provide safe and welcoming facilities, reside on camp property as the primary on-call staff, grow in knowledge and responsibility, and participate as a member of the larger ministry team.
These positions offers a salary competitive with other non-profit camp ministries, limited benefits including housing, and on-the-job training.
